We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any questions about your order, or concerns about the product, call or email us, and we will gladly work with you to solve your issue.
All returns require an RMA number, available from our customer service department. Once the product has been received we will immediately issue to your credit card the full value of the product if returned to us within 30 days in like-new condition. After 30 days we charge a restocking fee of 20% for unopened product. You are responsible for the shipping fees back to us.
